Deepesh Kumari from Bharatpur, Rajasthan, duaghter of Govind Kumar who
sold pakodas and snacks on the street for 25 years to support his wife
and five children cleared UPSC and became an IAS officer. In
2021, her hard work paid off and she passed in her second attempt after
undergoing coaching. Deepesh achieved an All India Rank 93 in the UPSC
exam and also secured 4th rank in the EWS category. She became an IAS
officer and was assigned to the Jharkhand cadre.
