In song Mucchata Brahmadulaku (Madyamavati), Tyagaraja thrills and excels in description.  Sri Panchanadiswara of Tiruvaiyaru goes in procession decked elegantly on a palanquin.  Devotees sing, chant, pray enroute.  Neivedya is offered.  The Lord is seen looking far beyond them.  Reason?  He is reminded of spouse Parvati, the Beauty Incarnate and is seen keen and anxious to meet her.

Hamsadhvani has an interesting beginning, from an Exnora organisation to an exciting sabha. It was felt that the Exnora organisation had to expand its services beyond the ongoing civic activities to cultural goals. Thus was born Hamsadhvani. Apart from regular monthly performances, during the early part of December, they hold NRIs Series, where NRIs fulfill their ambitions to perform during the Season. Holding a series for the NRIs is the highlight of Hamsadhvani.
